Cash Riley Jr. is the Founder and CEO of The Machine Agency (TMA), a full-service Amazon marketing and account management agency headquartered in Dallas, TX, specializing in pet and consumer product brands.
A native of the Bronx, NY, Cash brings a rare combination of professional athletic discipline, private equity analytical rigor, and over a decade of hands-on Amazon e-commerce experience to every client engagement. His background spans consumer packaged goods (CPG), direct-to-consumer brand building, and multi-channel marketplace strategy – giving TMA a perspective that is both operationally grounded and strategically sophisticated.
Cash developed TMA’s proprietary WINNING Strategy from firsthand experience scaling Amazon brands from launch to seven figures. That framework has since been applied across a growing portfolio of pet and consumer product companies, collectively generating $40MM+ in sales across Amazon and Walmart.
Before founding TMA, Cash honed his analytical mindset on the baseball field – including time in the Dodgers organization — and sharpened his business acumen through experience in private equity, where he developed a deep understanding of profit optimization and brand value creation. Those foundational disciplines – discipline, data, and relentless forward momentum – remain the driving forces behind TMA and everything it builds.
Cash is an active participant in the pet industry ecosystem, including Global Pet Expo and the IndiePet community, and is the founder of CRJR Ventures, a business holding platform supporting TMA and its affiliated ventures.
He operates with a simple belief: the machine never stops — and neither does he.
